These Terms of Service govern your use of the Gladiator MMA Fighting website and your purchase and use of event tickets. By visiting our website, placing an order, or attending one of our events, you agree to these Terms of Service and all policies referenced within them.

1. About Us

This website is operated by Gladiator MMA Fighting. Throughout these Terms, “Gladiator MMA Fighting,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Gladiator MMA Fighting.

Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to offer and process our ticket sales. Shopify is not the promoter, organizer, or operator of our events.

2. Eligibility to Purchase

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to purchase tickets through our website.

Purchasing a ticket for another person means you accept responsibility for providing that person with these Terms, the event rules, and any applicable venue policies.

Event attendance requirements are listed on the applicable event page. WARS IV admission is limited to guests ages 8 and older.

3. Event Tickets

A ticket grants the ticket holder a limited, revocable license to enter the event identified on the ticket, subject to these Terms and all venue rules.

Tickets do not provide ownership rights or guarantee admission when:

• The ticket has been duplicated, altered, cancelled, refunded, or obtained fraudulently.

• The ticket has already been scanned.

• The holder violates venue rules or applicable laws.

• The holder fails to satisfy the event’s age or admission requirements.

• The ticket was obtained through an unauthorized or unlawful transaction.

We may limit ticket quantities, cancel suspicious orders, or refuse transactions that reasonably appear fraudulent, automated, unauthorized, or intended for unlawful resale.

4. Prices and Payment

Ticket prices are displayed in U.S. dollars.

Any price advertised for a live-event ticket will reflect the total amount that Gladiator MMA Fighting requires the customer to pay, excluding applicable government taxes and optional products or services that the customer independently chooses.

The complete order total will be displayed before payment is submitted.

By providing payment information, you represent that:

• The information is accurate and complete.

• You are authorized to use the selected payment method.

• You authorize the applicable charges, taxes, and disclosed fees.

An order is not confirmed until payment is accepted and an order confirmation is issued.

5. Digital Ticket Delivery

Tickets are delivered electronically. No physical ticket will be shipped unless expressly stated on the event page.

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing a correct email address during checkout.

• Accessing the ticket through the checkout confirmation, thank-you page, or order-status page.

• Saving the ticket to a mobile device before arriving.

• Keeping the ticket and QR code secure.

• Contacting us before the event if the ticket cannot be accessed.

Gladiator MMA Fighting is not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect email address, a full inbox, spam filtering, an unsupported device, loss of internet access, or failure to save the ticket before arriving.

6. Ticket Transfers and Resale

Tickets may be transferred, donated, or resold only as permitted by applicable law and the functionality of our authorized ticketing platform.

Gladiator MMA Fighting does not guarantee tickets purchased through an unauthorized third party. Buyers assume the risk that an unauthorized resale ticket could be invalid, duplicated, cancelled, or previously scanned.

Tickets may not be counterfeited, duplicated, altered, or sold using deceptive or unlawful practices.

7. Refunds

All ticket sales are final except as stated in our Return and Refund Policy or required by applicable law.

Our Return and Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms and is available at:

Purchasing a ticket confirms that you reviewed and accepted that policy before completing the transaction.

8. Event Cancellation, Postponement, and Rescheduling

If Gladiator MMA Fighting cancels an event and does not reschedule it, the original purchaser will receive a refund consistent with our Return and Refund Policy.

If an event is postponed or rescheduled, the original ticket will remain valid for the replacement date unless we announce otherwise.

Weather, emergencies, government orders, venue problems, labor interruptions, safety concerns, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may require an event to be delayed, relocated, postponed, or cancelled. We will communicate material updates through our website or the contact information supplied during checkout.

9. Fight Card and Schedule Changes

All fight cards are subject to change.

Fighter substitutions, bout cancellations, changes in bout order, and reasonable adjustments to doors or first-bell times do not automatically qualify for a refund.

Promotional photographs, fighter names, and announced matchups represent the expected event lineup at the time of publication but are not guarantees that every advertised participant will appear.

10. Venue Rules and Guest Conduct

Guests must follow all venue rules and instructions from event personnel, security, officials, and law enforcement.

Prohibited conduct includes:

• Fighting outside sanctioned competition.

• Threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or disruptive behavior.

• Entering restricted or competition areas without permission.

• Interfering with fighters, officials, employees, vendors, or other guests.

• Damaging property.

• Possessing weapons.

• Bringing outside alcoholic beverages.

• Engaging in unlawful activity.

Gladiator MMA Fighting or the venue may refuse entry or remove a guest for violating these rules. Removal or denied entry resulting from the guest’s conduct does not qualify for a refund.

11. Safety and Assumption of Ordinary Event Risks

Live combat-sports events may involve crowds, loud sounds, flashing lights, alcohol service, physical activity, and other conditions commonly associated with public sporting events.

Guests voluntarily accept the ordinary risks associated with attending a live event and are responsible for deciding whether attendance is appropriate for themselves and accompanying guests.

Nothing in these Terms waives rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.

12. Photography and Recording

Photography, video recording, and live production may occur during the event. Guests might appear incidentally in crowd photographs, promotional recaps, broadcasts, or social-media content where permitted by law.

Professional photography, commercial recording, live streaming, or use of recording equipment may be restricted without written authorization from Gladiator MMA Fighting.

13. Website Use

You agree not to:

• Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

• Attempt to bypass purchase limits or security measures.

• Use bots or automated systems to obtain tickets.

• Introduce malicious software or interfere with website operation.

• Scrape, copy, or commercially exploit website content without permission.

• Impersonate another person or provide false checkout information.

• Violate the rights of Gladiator MMA Fighting or another party.

We may restrict or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

14. Intellectual Property

The Gladiator MMA Fighting name, branding, logos, event names, photographs, videos, graphics, website copy, and promotional materials are owned by or licensed to Gladiator MMA Fighting.

They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, sold, or used commercially without prior written permission, except as allowed by law.

15. Third-Party Services

Our website may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, ticketing applications, maps, social-media platforms, and external websites.

Those services may have separate terms and privacy policies. Gladiator MMA Fighting is not responsible for third-party websites, interruptions, content, security practices, or services outside our control.

16. Website Accuracy and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep event details, prices, schedules, and website content accurate. However, typographical errors, technical problems, or outdated information may occasionally occur.

We may correct errors, update information, or cancel an affected order when necessary. If we cancel a paid order because of our error, we will refund the affected amount.

We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

17. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gladiator MMA Fighting is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from website use, an inability to access the website, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury caused by legally actionable misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

18. Privacy

Information collected through the website is handled according to our Privacy Policy, available at:

Shopify and other service providers may separately process information according to their own policies.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled by a court with lawful jurisdiction, subject to any consumer rights that require a different forum or governing law.

20. Severability

If any part of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. The affected provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law.

21. No Waiver

Failure by Gladiator MMA Fighting to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.

22. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when our operations, services, events, or legal requirements change.

The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. The Terms in effect when an order is placed will generally govern that order, except when a change is required by law.
